Job DetailsJob Location: Horizon Texas Conference - Fort Worth, TX 76105Salary Range: $90,000.00 - $100,000.00 SalaryIT Manager The Horizon Texas Conference of The United Methodist Church seeks an Information Technology (IT) Manager that will collaborate with the IT Specialist to ensure the day-to-day operation of IT runs smoothly, as it relates to the Horizon Texas Conference, including staff, boards and agencies, and congregations. The IT Manager is accountable for the overall technology strategy and providing and supporting systems solutions that drive efficiency and effectiveness. In partnership with the IT Specialist, the IT Manager will provide support for all staff applications, computers, mobile devices, printers, security services, and server and network connectivity. This role is responsible for ensuring the integrity, performance, and availability of databases to support the needs of the operations and strategic objectives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strategic leadership, strong technical proficiency, and effective problem-solving skills, with a consistent commitment to excellent customer service.
