Operating for over 20 years, we continue to be a market leader in the industry. We are seeking an experienced Chainwire Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team located in Crestmead. The Chainwire Machine Operator is a key person in the machinery workgroup and is responsible for achieving high levels of productivity and efficiency within a safe working environment. The Role: Reporting to the Technical Machinery Supervisor, the Chainwire Machine Operator’s primary focus is to: Requirements: - Actively participate in the day-to-day activities of the machinery workgroup focusing on safety, quality, productivity and efficiency, ensuring all product is produced within approved tolerances and to the required quality standards - Achieve daily production targets whilst minimising unnecessary reworks - Complete daily maintenance and cleaning of machinery to assist up time of operations - Promote teamwork within the machinery workgroup to ensure all staff are working to a common goal of exceeding customer expectations - Experience...
