About This Opportunity: The Transformation Lead, Clinical Service Improvement, locally known as, Senior Manager, Clinical Service Improvement plays a pivotal role in shaping the future of the UQ Veterinary Teaching Hospital. Reporting to the Faculty Executive Manager, Faculty of Science, this role is responsible for coordinating and delivering the implementation of recommendations arising from a recent external review of the Hospital. Working in a complex, high ‑ impact clinical and teaching environment, you will partner closely with senior leaders and diverse stakeholders to drive sustainable operational and clinical improvements across the Hospital’s services. This is a highly visible and influential role, suited to a collaborative and inquisitive leader who thrives in change environments. You will bring together people, data and insight to improve efficiency, enhance client and student experience, and strengthen the integration between clinical service delivery and UQ’s academic mission.
