We are looking for a Head of Account Management – France to lead, scale, and develop our French AM organization from our Barcelona office. This is a senior leadership role for an experienced manager of managers who has successfully led multiple layers of leadership and is ready to drive the next phase of growth. You will oversee a team of Team Leads and Account Managers, with a clear objective of scaling the team to ~20 people by the end of the year. We are looking for someone with solid, proven management experience (3–5+ years), ideally managing managers and complex commercial teams. Key Responsibilities: Team Leadership & Growth: Lead and develop 2 Team Leads and 12 Account Managers (growing to ~20 total team members). Coach managers to drive performance, accountability, and team engagement. Build a strong commercial culture focused on retention, customer expansion, and customer value. Actively participate in hiring and scaling the French AM organization. Commercial Strategy & Execution: Personally step into strategic or complex negotiations when needed.
