Job Summary The Mental Health Therapist participates in the clinical team by providing in office and telehealth counseling to our adult clients. The successful candidate maintains a therapeutic relationship with clients on his/her team in meeting the biopsychosocial needs of the client and collaborate with the treatment team to provide holistic whole person care to the client. Qualifications: - Education: Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling or related field preferred. - Licensure: Requires a social work or counselor license recognized by the state of Ohio – i.e. LSW, LPC, MFT, LISW, LPCC or IMFT. Job Duties and Responsibilities: - Intake screening and orientation for new clients and guardians when applicable - Providing mental health counseling using evidence based and trauma informed approaches of care to our adult clients. - Provide crisis intervention as necessary to enhance and restore functioning. - Participate in coordination of care with a multi-disciplinary treatment team - Provided group counseling as needed - Meet or exceed agency required productivity and documentation standards - Other duties as assigned Core Competencies: Physical Demands/Work Environment This j...
