You’ll stay hands on, stay relevant, and stay connected to the work—while helping shape safer, better prepared technicians entering the industry, you’ll invest your experience where it matters most: training the next generation. Schedule & Travel: - Monday–Friday workweek - Wilmington primary location - Up to 50% regional travel between training locations What You’ll Do: - Teach hands-on chassis and trailer repair in a real shop/lab environment - Model what “good work” looks like—troubleshooting, maintenance, and safe practices - Instruct students on core systems including: air brake systems, trailer and chassis electrical, suspension and wheel-end components - Coach students through real tasks and help them build confidence and discipline - Provide clear feedback and track skill development - Maintain a safe, organized, industry standard training envi...
