The ideal candidate will provide deep functional and technical expertise in PeopleSoft HCM and related modules to support Federal Government HR modernization programs . This role involves working across on-premises and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) environments , supporting implementation, optimization, and ongoing system improvements. The successful candidate will bring extensive PeopleSoft implementation experience , along with a strong understanding of federal HR and payroll processes . This individual will serve as a trusted advisor to both technical and functional teams, helping ensure the successful delivery and operation of enterprise PeopleSoft solutions.
