Located on the shores of the World Heritage-listed Shark Bay, RAC Monkey Mia Dolphin Resort offers a truly unique work environment, famous for its beachfront location and the incredible daily dolphin interactions. We are seeking an experienced full-time Restaurant Manager to join us on a 6-month fixed-term contact to lead our Food & Beverage operations, overseeing daily service and driving a high-performing team across our outlets. Set against a stunning coastal backdrop, this role works closely with the Resort Manager and Head Chef to deliver exceptional dining experiences and ensure smooth, efficient operations across the resort’s food and beverage offerings.
