The Recruiting Manager will manage the Envoy and Hero Programs while accomplishing marketing, advertising and outreach necessary to continue supporting the demands of the 89th Air Wing manning. **This position is subject to contract award** Duties and Responsibilities: Manage the selection process for all program envoys. Develop, schedule, and administer all required training for envoys. Direct and oversee program execution at the installation level. Review all After-Action Reports and provide feedback for program improvement. Conduct direct recruiting activities as required. Develop and administer all training materials and sessions for the Hero Program. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Hero Program.
