This role is responsible for coordinating client feedback programs, monitoring satisfaction trends, and supporting the execution of client experience initiatives across the organization. This role serves as a key connector between clients, operations, and internal teams; ensuring client feedback is captured, communicated, and acted upon. The Project Manager plays a significant role in identifying service gaps, supporting issue resolution, and helping drive continuous improvement across regions, while building the foundation for more advanced project ownership.
