POSITION SUMMARY: Senior Manager, RFPs and Patient Acquisition is responsible for driving patient acquisition and business growth through strategic partnerships across long-term care (LTC), primary care, and physician networks. This role focuses on expanding Neighbourly Pharmacy’s national footprint by leading LTC account management, national RFP submissions, primary care partnerships, and physician recruitment initiatives. Reporting to the Director, Rx Growth & Prescriber Strategy, the Senior Manager will play a key role in delivering year-over-year growth in patient volume and strengthening Neighbourly’s position as the pharmacy partner of choice for healthcare providers and organizations across Canada. Compensation listed is a starting point only and will be determined based on candidate experience.
