Job description

Job Description The individual is responsible for performing preventive, routine, and minor maintenance in the lead area and the Hazardous Waste Disposal area. They will operate production equipment related to remelting lead, producing lead shot, incinerating hazardous waste, and recycling materials. This includes, but is not limited to, equipment such as Bleimeister, El Dorado, and CCU. The individual will also carry out changeovers on production machines and related support equipment as needed and in a timely manner. Additionally, the individual must maintain productivity levels to meet all established goals in the Lead and Hazardous Waste Disposal areas while adhering to all quality standards. They are required to follow both oral and written instructions, wear the necessary protective equipment, and comply with all plant safety rules and regulations. The individual is expected to support the facility's mission, meet assigned goals, and adhere to the plant's safety and ISO objectives and directives.
