About The Role ARC (The Australian Reinforcing Company) is looking for a self-driven Day Shift Supervisor. Our Shift Supervisor will be responsible for the safety and day-to-day manufacturing and logistics of the shift. You will be coordinating the operational activities of the shift including management of production and dispatch staff, including employee performance and safe operations, quality of work and implementation of improvement processes.
