The 2027 Payments Settlements Graduate Program with the Reserve Bank of Australia (RBA) is a two-year program that provides comprehensive training and development designed to progress your career. Our Graduates contribute to the RBA’s management and operation of critical financial infrastructure for the Australian economy. About the role: We are seeking a graduate to join us in a Risk and Compliance role, supporting the Payments Settlements (PS) team to uplift our risk culture and progressively mature our risk management practices. Reporting directly to the Senior Manager Line 1 Risk & Compliance, this role will support the PS team to deliver our business objectives whilst effectively managing our material risks, also ensuring that we stay ahead in an ever-evolving risk landscape. As a graduate you will: Contribute to the team’s work in coaching department team members to own or drive our risk agenda. Help department members to identify and assess risks to support the achievement of business objectives.
