Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. - 4 years of experience in digital marketing, specifically in social media management or digital content strategy. - Experience managing cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders. - Experience using social media publishing and listening tools (e.g., Sprinklr, Sysomos). Preferred qualifications: - Experience working with Business-to-Business (B2B) Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) brands or productivity tools, with an understanding of both enterprise and consumer audiences. - Experience modeling AI-first execution by using generative AI tools to support content development or operational efficiency. - Experience creating content for technical or business audiences, with the ability to translate complex product features into engaging social narratives. - Excellent investigative skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights for marketing strategy. - Passionate for scaling best practices and growing in ambiguity. - Proven track record of managing social campaigns across LinkedIn, X, Instagram, and YouTube.
