Job Description: We are looking for a Learning & Development Specialist who will be cover a regional scope, for EMEA. In this role, you will support the learning and development of our workforce by executing existing policies, processes, and development offerings (training, coaching, mentoring, on the job learning experiences). You will also analyze L&D data to identify how to improve the employee learning experience and how to better support local HR teams in terms of Learning needs assessment, learning products and learning modalities.
