Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. - 2 years of experience with full stack development using Java or Kotlin. - 2 years of experience with Android application development. - Experience in computer science, data structures, algorithms and software design. Preferred qualifications: - Master’s degree or PhD in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field. - 8 years of experience with data structures and algorithms. - 3 years of experience in a technical leadership role leading project teams and setting technical direction. - 3 years of experience working in a structured organization involving cross-functional, or cross-business projects. - Experience leveraging AI development tools. - Ability to quickly prototype and iterate on new ideas, moving fast from concept to product delivery while meeting high delivery standards.
