Systems Analyst

Job description

Under supervision of the IT Business Systems Manager, and according to established policies and procedures, the System Analyst will assist the IT Business Systems Manager and Senior Systems Analysts in the maintenance, support, and enhancement of the ERP and ancillary systems for GBMC. Relevant knowledge and skills include familiarity with healthcare-specific business process, excellent written and oral communication skills, data analysis and interpretation, business process analysis, and software application lifecycle support. The System Analyst will help execute and deliver solutions proposed by senior team members that are designed to address identified business problems, educate users, manage timelines and expectations, and ensure quality control, and assist with mentorship of junior team members. Education Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or other closely related field or applicable experience Experience: 4 years’ experience with support software applications; experience in a Healthcare setting preferred. 4 years’ experience in software development/engineering, data analysis, scripting.
