Overview We are seeking a skilled and experienced Mid-Level UX Researcher to join our dynamic and innovative team. As a UX Researcher, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the user experience of our products by conducting in-depth research and analysis. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams all around the World to develop actionable insights that drive product improvements and align with our user-centred design approach. Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities: - Plan, design, and conduct user research studies to understand user behaviour, preferences, pain-points, goals and needs. - Utilise a variety of research methods, including but not limited to interviews, surveys, usability testing, competitive analysis, market research. - Track of records and literacy in AI UX Research - Analyse and synthesise research data to generate actionable insights and recommendations for product development. - Create personas, journey maps, and other user-centred design artefacts to inform product design and strategy. - Collaborate closely with business product managers, designers, and developers to integrate user research findings into the product development process. - Advocate for...
