Position Description Summary/Purpose: The position requires focus on two areas of student counseling; Satisfactory Academic Progress and Financial Literacy. The Coordinator is responsible for monitoring students’ academic progress according to Title IV regulations and school benchmark policies. This position counsels and supports students to assist them in establishing and attaining good academic standing. In addition, the position requires outreach to students to ensure they complete the required Financial Literacy course as well as one-on-one student counseling related to fiscal responsibility.
