The Enrollment RN plays an essential role in helping seniors access the comprehensive care they deserve through our PACE program. As part of the WelbeHealth Marketing, Outreach, and Enrollment (MOE) team, the Enrollment RN partners closely with Physicians, Social Workers, Outreach colleagues, and Caregivers to conduct thoughtful, timely assessments of prospective participants. Through collaboration and clinical expertise, the Enrollment RN helps ensure every individual receives a smooth and supportive path to enrollment. This role is different because the Enrollment RN at WelbeHealth: - Plays a key role in launching WelbeHealth’s first center in New Jersey, helping to build and shape our new market - Uses nursing expertise to guide seniors and their families through the enrollment process, directing access to life-changing care through PACE - Collaborates with a diverse range of Clinicians and members of MOE team We care about our team members.
