SUMMARY: The Physical Therapist in the Physical Therapy Department organizes and conducts medically prescribed physical therapy programs in the hospital, outpatient services and outreach sites to restore function and prevent disability. Helping patients reach his/her maximum performance and assume a place in society while learning to live within the limits of his/her capabilities. Performs all duties and responsibilities in such a way as to demonstrate and support the hospital's goal of Service Excellence in patient care by facilitating positive employee and client relations and supporting department goals. Provides care/service in accordance with regulatory and accrediting agencies.
