Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other Duties not listed may be assigned. Duties and Responsibilities: Respond to requests from management and perform maintenance services as needed Perform basic tasks including painting and filling crevices, clean facilities and managing maintenance repairs. Perform repairs on company machinery, equipment or appliances. Experience with common hand and power tools Detect and report the need for major maintenance repairs. Regularly check community spaces to identify issues with litter, mechanical failure or breakdowns. Repair plumbing, some electrical and some safety systems. Assist in maintaining the cleanliness of outside spaces such as parking lots and sidewalks. Maintain a maintenance schedule for preventative maintenance Items.
