PA0220 Erie - 8th & State Job Description: Summer Associates function in Teller capacities to help support our offices during the summer months. Summer associates provide an excellent customer service experience by welcoming customers, efficiently processing banking transactions, resolving customer issues, and uncovering opportunities for referral to support our customers' financial needs. The Summer Associate will be required to travel to other branches within the area as needed. Availability for full-time hours is preferred (37.5-40 hours weekly) on a temporary basis (May/June to August 2024) QUALIFICATIONS: Customer Service Experience preferred Cash Handling Experience preferred Banking and/or Retail Experience preferred Current or incoming college and university students studying finance, accounting, business administration, or economics will be given preference for this role.
