Crest Nicholson's South division are looking for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join the team working from their Addlestone office. Our diverse property portfolio meets the needs of a wide range of purchasers from first-time buyers, to families and investors. As an Assistant Quantity Surveyor with Crest, you will be working to ensure timely & accurate cost management, dealing with contractual issues & procurement & payment of sub-contractors for complex large volume development projects from pre-operational stage through to final account settlement.
