Employment Type: Part time Shift: Rotating Shift Description: Job Title: Radiology Technologist Employment Type: Per Diem: Shift: PRN per department needs- Rotating shifts. Weekend commitment - every 4th weekend. Holiday commitment - one per year. More hours as oppurtunities arise. Location: Saint Francis Hospital - Wilmington, DE Position Purpose: The technologist is responsible for performing all radiographic and fluoroscopic procedures in the department, at the bedside and in the OR., including those utilizing oral and /or injected contrast agents. The technologist assists the radiologist and/or other licensed, privileged physicians during radiographic and fluoroscopic procedures . The technologist must show independent judgment when performing procedures and when addressing difficult or unusual situations . The technologist is responsible for evaluating images for technical quality.
