Position Summary: Thermo Fisher Scientific's Single Use Division needs a Sr. Manager Finance (Site Finance Lead) to support the Millersburg, PA site and Matamoros, Mexico . This role reports to the Director, Finance Operations, and supports the site leads of each location and engages with various departments to guide decision making and drive operational improvements. - Act as the financial leader for both Millersburg and Matamoros Leadership teams and use financial knowledge to impact decision-making - Provide financial oversite and leadership to two sites within the SUD network - Partner with multiple functions to assess and strategize on network optimization to improve product and total business profitability - Guide and support team members in finance and on sites to strengthen financial foresight and leadership skills - Key finance member on business teams and helps support co...
