Location: Cerritos, CA (On site) | Type: Full Time | Salary: $110,000 + DOE We are seeking an experienced Automotive Controller to lead the full-scope accounting and financial operations of our high-volume Ford dealership. This is a hands-on accounting leadership role responsible for the financial integrity of the store, working directly with dealership leadership and ownership. Key Responsibilities: Full ownership of dealership accounting: accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, general ledger, month-end close, and financial statements Manage contracts in transit, dealer reserve, and manufacturer incentive reconciliations Oversee warranty receivables and inventory accounting (new, used, F&I, parts, service) Ensure compliance with manufacturer (Ford Motor Company) accounting standards and factory statement requirements Lead internal audit, reconciliation, and internal controls processes Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis for dealership leadership Manage tax compliance and coordinate with external auditors Lead and develop the office/accounting team (title clerks, accounting clerks, etc.) Drive process improvements within the DMS and accounting workflows...
