Job Description About the role: Tieto Banktech is on a strategic journey to embed artificial intelligence at the core of our products. We're looking for someone who can drive this from both ends — hands-on implementation and cross-functional leadership — ensuring our AI initiatives deliver real business value while meeting the regulatory and organizational requirements of the banking sector. You'll work across autonomous, multidisciplinary product teams, helping them identify high-impact use cases, build AI-powered features, and adopt modern AI tools and ways of working. Over time, you'll also play a key role in shaping our AI strategy, defining governance practices, and driving reuse of AI capabilities across the organization.
