The compliance department’s primary goal is to review install deliverables, support electrical installation, maintain jurisdictional code compliance, and manage quality for engineering and installation. Duties/Responsibilities: Oversee code compliance and design and engineering quality for solar installations. Understand, simplify, and implement solar code compliance to successfully excel in high production and quality standards to become the best in the industry. Coordinate and problem-solve with internal departments and field operations to resolve ongoing and new issues, prioritize assignments, handle project escalations, and maintain project timeline expectations.
