Overview Apogee has an opportunity for a Program Manager to serve as the Contractor Site Reachback Lead supporting the M-Code Aviation Receivers Joint Program Office (MAR JPO). This position manages all contractor site surge support and reachback activities, coordinating rapid response requirements, Studies & Analysis tasks, and senior SME expertise for the MAR JPO programs. This is a full-time remote position with occasional travel to government sites. Responsibilities: Surge Support Leadership: - Serve as lead for all contractor site surge support and rapid response activities - Coordinate access to senior SME expertise across multiple technical disciplines - Manage Studies & Analysis (S&A) task execution and deliverables - Provide rapid response (less than one business day) to emergent government requirements - Coordinate surge resources from multiple skill sets for short-term (1 week to 3 months) requirements Programmatic Support: - Provide senior-level acquisition management expertise - Support advocacy briefings and senior leadership presentations - Coordinate preparation of milestone documents and strategic planning - Support market research and acquisition strategy developm...
