Job description

Your Opportunity The Electrical Discipline Lead has Business Center (BC) level responsibility of technical risk management. Primary responsibility is to be heavily engaged with Engineers to ensure that the projects for which the BC is responsible are technically sound and conform to QA/QC procedures. He/she has the authority and responsibility to manage risk and stop issuance of deliverables, if necessary. The Electrical Discipline Lead ensures the individuals in the group receive technical mentoring and professional development opportunities and also contributes to the firm-wide development and enhancement of production tools and processes. Accountability: - Accountable to the Business Center Operations Leader (BCOL) and BC Electrical Principal for the overall discipline-specific technical performance of the group.
