Cleaver-Brooks Canada Packaged Boiler Systems, a leading manufacturer of boilers and energy recovery systems, has an opening for a Materials Manager at their Stratford Ontario facility at 161 Lorne Ave., W, Stratford ON. Hours of work are 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Monday to Friday. Salary Range: $105,000-$130,000 CAD per year Job Location: Stratford, ON: Non-Union role: Essential Duties: - Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the materials and logistics activities of the Company. - Develop and ensure that divisional and Company standard policies and procedures are followed in connection with purchases of materials and services. - Determine and recommend purchasing policy and procedure in accordance with Division and Company-wide policies and procedures. - Develop departmental budget. - Coordinate functions of production and inventory control - Maintain liaison among plants, suppliers, and warehouse stores to provide efficient customer delivery service. - Develop methods and policies ensuring most efficient and economical movement of all materials in and out of plants. - Analyze and evaluate inventory and delivery problems and recommend/implement solutions. - Plan and organize activ...
