Overview At LiveOnNY we save lives, provide comfort, and strengthen legacies through organ, eye and tissue donation for the 13 million New Yorkers we serve. The Clinical Manager: serves as Administrator On Call and is responsible for the overall management and evaluation of donors and the donation process including assigned staff. Supervises and trains transplant coordinators and donor evaluation coordinators in all of their duties. Conducts on-site evaluation of direct reports and provides formalized performance evaluation at regular intervals. Organizes and conducts case reviews and other professional development opportunities and tools for direct reports. Helps develop and maintain policies and procedures. Aids in managing professional interactions with hospital nursing and other professional personnel, including providing education on donation and donor management. May supervise and/or engage in the acquisition and placement of organs. Responsible for advancing public industry awareness of organ and tissue donation.
