Now, we’re entering a new phase of growth and are looking for a Facilities Operations Manager to scale and elevate our workplace as we grow. What You’ll Do: · Oversee daily operation, maintenance, and repair of all PDW facilities and building systems · Manage vendors for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, janitorial, and grounds services · Ensure compliance with OSHA, fire code, life safety, and local AHJ requirements · Manage space planning, office buildouts, renovations, and facility upgrades · Own emergency preparedness programs including fire drills, severe weather, and evacuation procedures · Track maintenance schedules, service contracts, and facility documentation · Support manufacturing operations through infrastructure readiness and uptime · Manage facility budgets, purchase orders, and vendor invoicing · Partner cross-f...
