Overview Audi Fort Worth is part of the fast growing Group 1 Automotive , a leader in automotive retail. We are looking to add a USED VEHICLE ACQUISITION SPECIALIST to our team. Some things about this exciting position… - Effectively manage vehicle exchange program through service department - Associate the customer’s service relationship with likelihood to transition into a future sale using OEM equity lists, lease termination reports, and service data. - Responsible for contacting customers by phone, monthly emails and direct mail regarding eligibility for vehicle exchange program, and ending lease terms (renewal). - Reach out to potential clients, develop and maintain long-term relationships over the phone and in person. - Develop and use tools to increase customer awareness of status, possible equity position, new products, versus ANR (additional needed repairs). - Utilize presentations for opportunities to renew to include appraisals, test drives, and current vehicle costs versus replacement analysis - Work with Sales Consultants for continuous follow up on all clients. - Remain knowledgeable of products and services offered. - Maintain records/metrics to demonstrate success a...
