Technical Recruiter, Data Centre Operations (Fixed-Term Contract)

Job description

Minimum qualifications: - 3 years of full-cycle experience hiring for technical or data center operations roles within EMEA, or experience in similar mission-critical environments. - Experience implementing recommendations to solve staffing issues. - Experience in talent acquisition methodologies, including Boolean search techniques and optimizing platforms. Preferred qualifications: - 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a fluid corporate environment, with a track record of acting as a trusted partner to senior stakeholders. - Experience managing or supporting apprenticeship programmes or early-career talent initiatives, particularly within technical or infrastructure sectors. - Proven investigative mindset with the ability to interpret data patterns and solve unique or moderately complex staffing problems. - Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and accountability. - Excellent communication skills with the ability to take initiative and build alignment across teams.
