Job description

The Server Assistant/Busser cooperatively works together with staff to provide a clean, safe, quality experience for guests and provides excellent guest service. - Clears and resets tables, restocks supplies, removes trash, checks restrooms in a prompt and accurate manner with full focus on customer service. - Greets customers and provides outstanding service to all customers and the general public while displaying a positive, friendly attitude and demeanor. - Assists staff including servers with various needs such as greeting, seating guests and food delivery. Responds appropriately to guests requests and communicates guests’ requests to the server as needed. - Maintains a clean and safe facility. - Adheres to all policies and procedures to maintain a clean and safe facility. - Keeps direct supervisor promptly informed of key/significant issues or concerns. - Carries out duties and responsibilities in a safe and efficient manner to maintain a safe work environment and surrounding area for oneself, co-workers and public.
