This role oversees how our HCM system solutions fit together, ensuring that data and workflows move reliably across systems to support leaders, managers, and employees. As a Senior HR Analyst, you will partner with HR partners, compliance leaders, and digital teams to ensure data integrity and proper data flow throughout our ERP systems—troubleshooting issues, resolving data mismatches, and proactively spotting inconsistencies in data inputs that affect downstream automation and reporting.
