Programmer Required Qualifications: (Evidenced by an attached resume) ● Bachelor’s Degree. In lieu of a degree, a combination of education and relevant experience totaling six [6] years may be considered. ● Two (2) years of full-time, relevant programming experience using SQL. ● Experience in object-oriented languages and structured query language. Preferred Qualifications: ● Experience effectively reviewing functional business requirements. ● Experience with software development practices. ● Experience with Web Services, APIs or other technologies. Primary Purpose: The primary purpose of this position is to help the development team to design and produce information technology services software that supports the university. The Programmer will be expected to complete business analysis, write code, conduct troubleshoot issues and resolve problems on software or applications during the testing stage and help developers adjust previously written code for new purposes.
