PAID LEASING INTERNSHIP: We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Leasing Intern to join our team. This hands-on internship offers real-world experience in residential leasing, community management, and digital marketing. You'll work directly alongside our leasing professionals, gaining exposure to every aspect of apartment leasing and resident relations in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. What You'll Do: Leasing & Sales: - Assist in leasing apartments by guiding prospective residents through the application and approval process. - Conduct engaging property tours for prospective tenants, highlighting community features and available units. - Respond to leasing inquiries via phone, email, and in person in a timely and professional manner. - Help maintain accurate records of leads, applications, and leasing activity in the property management system. - Support the team in meeting monthly occupancy and leasing goals.
