In this role, you will be responsible for developing high quality business solutions that deliver valued business outcomes and informed decisions. What can you expect?: To partner with the business and technology to design and deliver digital solutions for business problems To identify areas of improvement within the business processes, systems and user experience. To drive optimisation of operating models across Marsh, align them to best practices and realise benefits in terms of reduced costs, enhanced revenues, better controls, and improved client satisfaction To work closely with Technology to build capabilities in business solution architecture and drive business adoption We will count on you to: Create Visios to map business processes Drive standardization of processes, operating model and user experience across business solutions.
