Core Responsibilities: Drive operational excellence across Consumer Group Tracking (CGT) and Active Consumer Tracking (ACT) by improving platform performance, governance, methodologies, and overall data quality. Deliver actionable consumer and shopper insights that support confident, data-informed decision making Own PMP KPI target setting for ACT, ensuring timely annual target recommendations and monthly reporting in partnership with the Director.
