ROLE OVERVIEW: We are looking for an experienced EMR Implementation Specialist to join our Clinical Technology team. This is a pivotal role responsible for the administration, configuration, and ongoing optimization of our Electronic Medical Record platforms — with Zenoti as the primary system. You will support clinic onboarding, data migrations, workflow design, form builds, and user training across our clinic network, working closely with our IT Support team and clinic Operations teams to resolve EMR-related tickets and system issues. This position is based in Montréal and operates in a hybrid model, with occasional travel to US clinic locations (a few times per year) for go-lives, training, and site support.
