Job description

PURPOSE OF THE JOB: The Roofing Systems Lab (RSL) Quality Assurance and Compliance Specialist leads and participates in the creation and auditing of all lab documentation, onboarding and training of new and existing talent, annual internal and external proficiency testing, equipment calibration/verification including PM schedules, and compliance with industry specific testing standards. This role requires leadership across the RSL and the enterprise, a collaborative working style and a commitment to continuous improvement. The Quality Assurance and Compliance Specialist will be directly accountable for all safety and quality management systems including LIMS for both Components and Shingles. In addition to ensuring quality and compliance the role will support product and proof of performance testing and demonstrate subject matter expertise for Shingles and Components testing.
