We are looking for a positive, solution driven, practical commercial property solicitor or CILEX Lawyer to join us in advising on the acquisition, management and disposal of its commercial property interests and planning matters. This will include negotiating and drafting transfers and assignments of freehold and leasehold property, easements and licences, playing a pivotal role in enabling one of our largest capital delivery programmes, together will advising on protective provisions, pipelaying powers, powers of entry, compensation and other associated property related matters.
