What Will You Be Doing?: What Do You Need To Bring? - Responsible for calendar management, requiring interaction with both internal and external leaders and other associates to coordinate a variety of complex meetings and events - Communicate and handle incoming and outgoing electronic communications on behalf of the leadership or team - Arrange travel schedule for leadership team member and expense reports - Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously and follow through issues and deadlines in a timely manner - Assist with administrative financial management needs of the department - Assist with communications and event planning / scheduling needs of the department - Help with formatting various communications and sending communications out on leader behalf - Help with various tasks around the office - lunch, ordering supplies, completing forms at the request of leader - Handle additional requests as they arise - Manage the Corporate Strategy calendar and scheduling needs - Manage the Corporate Strategy File Sharing system - Bachelor’s Degree or related experience - Working knowledge of...
