The CNC Programmer will apply process knowledge based on sound machining fundamentals. Use strong leadership abilities with innovation to develop and maintain “Best in Class” cycle times and quality for lathes, mills, and grinders. What You'll Do: - Create and maintain CNC machine programming including 4-axis mills, Swiss style lathes, mill-turns, and multi-axis grinders.Selects tooling and fixturing as required. - Directly supports and sets up first time runs. - Works to resolve issues with operations to maintain high productivity.Assist with training operators with machining fundamentals. - Works with New Product and Sustaining engineering teams to identify best prac...
