POSITION SUMMARY: The Facilities Manager is responsible for managing a team Facilities support staff who provide comprehensive infrastructure, building and grounds maintenance at the Constellis Training Center in Moyock, NC. This role ensures all buildings, structures, roadways, waterways, ranges, and training areas are maintained in safe, compliant, and fully operational condition to support training operations. RESPONSIBILITIES: - Oversee work schedules to ensure staff is available and operational to support regular and emergency maintenance activities - Ensure related company policies and procedures are followed, including parts inventory, equipment accountability, and requisitioning of replacement stock - Maintain 100% property accountability of assigned machines, tools, parts, and equipment - Plan, coordinate, and oversee grounds maintenance activities for the training center, including roadways, waterways, drainage systems, ranges, and training areas - Ensure roads, trails, and driving surfaces are properly graded, repaired, and maintained to support vehicle and tactical training operations - Oversee waterway and drainage maintenance, including erosion control, debris removal...
