Job Title: Operations Analyst Start Date: Summer/Fall 2026: Department: Store Operations Reports to: Business Intelligence Manager FLSA Status: Non-Exempt Location: In-office at the Lynnwood Home Office POSITION PURPOSE: The Business Intelligence Analyst plays a critical role in supporting strategic decision-making at Zumiez by delivering high-impact reporting, actionable insights, and process automation. Focused on sales, profitability and operational efficiency, this role combines strong technical skills with business acumen to turn data into strategic advantage. You’ll work across teams—partnering closely with IT, Finance, and Field Leadership—to improve reporting systems and support informed decision making through thoughtful analysis.
